Fairmont Royal Palm

I had the ultimate chance to work on a super exciting project in collaboration with FAIRMONT ROYAL PALM MARRKECH for the EASTER EGG Project that we named “RIAD EL BACHA”.

I was invited to this collaboration by Chocolatier/ Pastry Chef. IZELGUE Soumaya and Chef. RAGHIB Imane.

The realization of the project took us a week between design and the sculpture work done on 30 Kg EGG made of pure chocolate.

The final result recieved some great feedback from the GM of Faimont Royal Palm Mr. AFIF Salibi and the Fairmont Group Managers and Chefs, it was posted on different Social media accounts of the FAIRMONT & ACCOR group.
